pdf embed bold fonts

I have FreeHand 11. I need to export a file as a pdf. It exports in Adobe 4. I
have Adobe Reader 9. I need to embed fonts for a printing company. It will
embed Arial and BookAntiqua but not Arial Bold or BookAntiqua Bold. Is there
anyway (indluding purchasing needed software) to get all the fonts and styles
used in document to export correctly?

simplest workaround--try converting text to outlines---select all>Control+shift+P
