No tools in FreeHand

I have lost my tools palette in FreeHand! I have tried the obvious chedking of
Tools in the windows menu, but can't seem to! Any ideas? Not sure if I have
"misplaced" it or hidden it somehow, or if I have a more serious problem. Also
I can't make tool bars appear either. Thanks.
