Hi, I've been using freehand for some time now but I still consider myself a beginner.
I was wondering if anyone knew how I could add fonts to freehand.
I've been working on a logo that has a certain font that freehand doesn't have and I'ld really like to use this font.

Is there any way I cann add new fonts?

thanks.

Installing fonts is done at the system level (they are
available to any application). In addition to the information your OS help
should have concerning font installation, I believe Macromedia has technotes
on the
subject available in their Freehand support center (link under freehand
help). -Tom Unger

This is my first day on freehand. I attempted to open a Illustrator file that had fonts loaded in at a system level. It responded as if I was missing that font. Is there something I have to do to enable those system fonts within Freehand 11? I am running windows nt os.

My system fonts are active when I am using Freehand, I guess it just said the font was missing when I brought in an Adobe Illustrator file. That's what confussed me. Thanks for the reference links.
