I use too crop pics in F9 by cut and paste inside the box. Now when I move the
box, the pic remains behind. Any ideas how to paste inside the box and group
it, so that it all moves together.

Also, where is the cropping tool.

To move contents of a clipping path with the path, select clipping path,
open the Transform/Move panel and check the 'contents' checkbox.

Letter C invokes the crop tool. The icon can be found in Toolbars >
Customize > Tool/Commands.

Import and size the picture you want to crop.
Draw the round-cornered rectangle you want to use for a clipping path and
place it over the picture in the desired position.
Select the picture and go Edit > Cut.
Select the clipping path and go Edit > Paste Inside.
